Privacy Policy
mobitr.ee stores account data, profile settings, links, subscription records, and privacy-preserving analytics. Visitor IP addresses are hashed for analytics events and are not displayed to profile owners.
Profiles on eligible plans may tailor content using coarse country, browser language, device family, operating system, referring domain, UTM campaign values, local day or time, and consented return-visit status. Rules are evaluated server-side. Profile owners receive aggregate variant performance and do not receive a visitor identity from Dynamic Profiles.
Eligible profiles may schedule seasonal Profile Campaigns. Mobitr.ee stores the campaign window, selected profile overrides, selected card identifiers, and aggregate campaign views, impressions, clicks, and form submissions. Campaign attribution is signed and does not expose a visitor identity to the profile owner.
Stripe acts as a payment processor for checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, fraud checks, and billing portal access. mobitr.ee stores Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment identifiers needed to reconcile billing, but does not store full card numbers.
Transactional email providers may process recipient addresses, message metadata, delivery status, and email content for account confirmation, password reset, security, team, and billing notifications.
Eligible accounts may keep automatic and user-named Profile Versions containing prior profile settings, links, protected redirect configuration, audience variants, scheduled campaigns, and references to uploaded media. Versions expire according to the active plan retention period. A short-lived safety version may also be created before a Link.me import or restore so the account owner can undo that operation.
AI Profile Doctor uses saved profile configuration and aggregated first-party analytics to produce explainable scores, checks, recommendations, and directional impact estimates. Profile and visitor data are not sent to an external AI provider for this analysis. Applied fixes, their exact rollback data, and associated recovery-version identifiers are retained for up to 365 days or the latest 50 analyses per profile.
AI Content Tools use bounded profile or link draft fields to create private text and palette suggestions on Mobitree. Draft inputs are reduced to a one-way context hash and are not stored as prompts or sent to an external AI provider. Validated suggestions are retained for up to 30 days so recent generation activity can be exported and audited.
Profiles on eligible plans may collect optional interaction Heatmaps after visitor consent. Mobitr.ee stores only coarse aggregate grid cells, scroll milestones, qualified card visibility, saved profile revision, audience variant, and mobile or desktop layout class. It does not store raw pointer coordinates, form values, typed text, selectors, URLs, IP addresses, user agents, referrers, campaign values, or geography in Heatmap records. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this collection. Aggregate retention follows the profile owner's current plan and may become shorter after a downgrade.
Smart Alerts on eligible plans reuse accepted aggregate traffic, form-submission status, confirmed Link Health incidents, automation delivery status, and integration expiry metadata to identify changes that need attention. Alert records do not contain visitor names, email addresses, messages, form values, IP hashes, user agents, social sender identifiers, destination URLs, access tokens, or provider content. Alert history follows the profile owner's current plan retention and may be shortened after a downgrade. Owners can optionally receive the same safe alert summary by transactional email.
Signed-in users can download an account export or request deletion from Data controls. Deletion soft-deletes the account, disables public profiles, and cancels active subscriptions before removal from normal login and public flows.
